CONSULTATIONS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
There is a $200.00 fee for this service.
You can pay this fee by clicking the Amazon Payments link below or call for other options.
Q: Many attorneys do free consultations. Why don't you?
A: I charge for my consultations for a number of reasons. First, I practice a different type of law from many attorneys who do free consultations. They build into their fee structures enough added income from your case once you've retained them. The consultation isn't necessarily free; your payment is just deferred. It often comes from the contingency fee that is deducted from any proceeds you receive. Conversely, my job as defense counsel is to save you money, and I like you to see exactly how you are spending it throughout the process. This is just good business for both of us.
Second, I prefer to charge you as you need my services rather than take a large retainer from your operating budget. Before our consultation, I'll send you one or more intake sheets to help narrow the issues and make our call most efficient. We'll also talk about how to know when to call me again. You'll get a lot for your money.
Third, I can tell a lot about a person by their willingness to pay this small fee (for actual services) and complete the intake sheets designed to help them. I learn very quickly whether we will work well together. If not, it's best that we not waste each others' time.

Please be sure to schedule your appointment after arranging your payment.
